- The email includes the Gift Card value, personal message and unique redemption code.
- Validity is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The expiry date should also be mentioned in the recipient's email.
- Partial use should be permitted. Any unused balance should remain available for future eligible purchases until exhausted or expired.
- If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount should be payable through another payment method.
- The Gift Card should be capable of being sent immediately or scheduled for a future date.
