Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the shipping label has not yet been generated. Once a label is generated, the order is processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired are eligible for a Free Replacement. If a replacement is not possible due to stock availability, a Refund will be issued.

To process your claim, video and supporting photos must be submitted along with required documents within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we cannot verify claims without this documentation.
