Description

Pure & Sure Organic Whole Wheat Flour is from certified organic wheat grown in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and stone-ground on slow-moving chakkis. This gentle milling preserves the bran, fibre, germ, B-vitamins, and natural wheat aroma giving atta that deeper flavour and better texture than roller-milled flours.

Every batch is unbleached, unrefined, and free from polish or additives. The grain is handled with care and treated using a patented steam sterilization process to reduce harmful microbes while retaining nutrition and flavour. The result is a wholesome, high-fibre atta that makes softer rotis, lighter parathas, and more digestible everyday meals.
