1. How do you clean Bamboo & Steel utensils?

  • To clean your bamboo and steel infuser bottle, hand wash the entire bottle with warm, soapy water, using a bottle brush for the steel interior. Avoid soaking the bamboo, as it is porous. For a deeper clean, use a vinegar and water solution for the steel and wipe the bamboo with a damp cloth. Always air-dry the parts completely with the lid off before reassembling. 

 

2. Can I drink liquids other than water (such as soft drinks) from the Bamboo Steel vessel?

Yes, you can drink any liquid. The steel will not react with it.

 

3. Does the vessel get discolored over time?

It should not discolor as it is made from steel. However, avoid using acidic solutions for washing.
