Health & Wellness Benefits

Lemongrass is traditionally used in herbal infusions and contains naturally occurring plant compounds. Enjoy it as part of a balanced lifestyle for:

• A caffeine-free alternative: If made solely from lemongrass, it is naturally caffeine-free.

• A refreshing tea ritual: Its bright citrus aroma makes it an enjoyable alternative to sugary beverages.

• Naturally occurring antioxidants: Lemongrass contains plant compounds with antioxidant activity, although the specific benefits of drinking the tea are not fully established.

• Mindful moments: Its fresh aroma and light flavour make it a pleasant choice for a relaxing tea break.

These are general wellness considerations, not claims that lemongrass tea treats or prevents medical conditions.

2. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
