Founded by Priya and Shubhojeet, the name ‘Sutra,’ meaning ‘thread’ in Sanskrit, reflects our aim to connect heritage, artisans and customers through every creation. From sarees and kurtas to dresses, each piece is handwoven by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, while embracing comfortable, timeless and easy-to-wear designs for today’s Indian women. Rooted in slow, soulful fashion, Sutra strives to preserve the beauty of our roots, keep Indian crafts alive and support the hands behind the loom, one outfit at a time.
