Description
Himalayan Finger Millet or Ragi flour (मडुआ आटा) is grown in the Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand above ~7200ft and is ground in the slow water mills (घराट).
NO pesticide / NO urea was used in this crop.
This Himalayan Ragi flour is rich in protein, calcium and fiber. Ragi is gluten free and rich in iron.
It can help aid weight loss, control diabetes, keep the skin and hair healthy.
