2. Add 60–70 ml of hot water at approximately 70–80°C.
3. Whisk using a bamboo matcha whisk in quick W-shaped movements.
4. Continue until smooth and lightly frothy.
5. Enjoy immediately.

Avoid boiling water, as very high temperatures can make green tea taste bitter.

How to Make a Vanilla Matcha Latte

1. Whisk 1–2 g of Vanilla Matcha with 30–50 ml of warm water until smooth.
2. Add warm or chilled milk of your choice.
