Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the shipping label has not yet been generated. Once a label is generated, the order is processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired are eligible for a Free Replacement. If a replacement is not possible due to stock availability, a Refund will be issued.

The beeswax, sourced directly from the Karikkadavu tribal collective, lends the soap its gentle hold, making every ingredient not just natural, but rooted in a community and a place.
